Taylor and his wife Harriet Wilson Taylor; correspondence (including family members, friends and associates) and administrative correspondence (faculty, department heads, students, and other historical black institutions); one completed draft copy of "The History of Fisk University, 1953"; another handwritten copy of the same title by an early faculty member, Henrietta Matson; and a document pertaining to a Fisk University exhibit at the American Negro Exposition in 1940, in Chicago, Ill.
